For as long as humans have required shelter, there have been builders providing for those needs in increasingly sophisticated ways. 4Corners Construction & Development is a residential and small-scale commercial construction company building projects that inspire our clients to live their best lives.
We began our journey over 30 years ago doing residential framing and trim work. These early years allowed us to hone our craft and gain hands-on knowledge of construction methodology. As we expanded into project management and were incorporated as a general contractor, we have been grateful for valuable opportunities to continue to increase our skill set and grow as a team. We are honored to provide our clients with exceptional craftsmanship in all of our residential and commercial endeavors.
Our Process
Blueprint
Design is the starting point for any successful construction project. Whether working from an existing plan or collaborating with a client to create new documentation, 4Corners insists on beginning the process with a solid set of prints. We work closely with Spalding Design Group, a respected team of architects, interior designers and marketing and branding specialists, allowing for a truly collaborative and unique approach to the architect, client, builder triangle.
Bearing
Location is a key factor in determining how a design will complement the land on which it sits. We perform due diligence to ensure that your project happily coexists within ordinances and boundaries of the lot you choose. If clients are still searching for the perfect spot, we have land available on our subdivision properties and enjoy a positive relationship with area realtors who are great assets in uncovering local treasures.
Budget
Once the location is chosen and the design is in the development phase, we will provide detailed pricing based upon client, architect, and builder input. Our cost-based budget presents clients with a realistic expectation of expenses and provides the best opportunity to allocate funds. Monthly reports keep the client up to date on project progress and expenditures.
Build
We feel that transparency throughout the design-build process is essential to a successful and lasting relationship with our clients. We take pride in our work ethic and ability to interact with subcontractors and vendors efficiently and respectfully. Our attentive on-site presence allows for a high level of detail while fulfilling the individual needs of each unique project. We are skilled craftsmen dedicated to creating spaces that bring lasting contentment to our clients and enhance the communities they call home.
